When attempting to use the AI Noise reduction I can see that it loads the initial files but the next window that comes up and lets you choose the reduction amount fails to appear and lightroom fully locks up and is unable to be used. I have been forced to kill the process a few times with the task manager. I also typically only run the AI noise reduction on each photo after I adjust it and crop it. So it's not running on multiple images at once.
I have done 1 reinstall and that did not appear to fix the issue unfortunately. I have also restarted my pc.
I have be regularly using the noise reduction in lightroom since 2023, this issue arose part way through the processing of around 250 photos.

At first I noticed this:
I can see that it loads the initial files
so I wondered if you were applying AI Denoise in batch. But then I re-read your initial post and noted this:
I also typically only run the AI noise reduction on each photo after I adjust it and crop it. So it's not running on multiple images at once.
So apparently not. But can you explain that first statement? Mind you a Batch AI Denoise may work.
That being said, another thing noticed
this issue arose part way through the processing of around 250 photos.
Have you run out of hard drive space for any of the following:
and for the Camera RAW CACHE, what is your setting in LrC /Preferences/Performance// and have you exceeded that limit?

By loading the files I guess that I mean this pops up and get stuck in about this spot. IF it goes past this spot then it disppears and the next screen does not come up.
Once this box disppears and the new box does not appear then the program becomes unusable.

I did clear the cache and ensure the file path existed. It is still giving me the error.

Final update.
A full reinstall and wipe of the preferences allowed this feature to work again.
Thanks for the suggestions.

It fails to pop up the second window on mine after every new import for some reason, however doesn't lock anything up, just fails to happen. I close lightroom after new import and reopen and then it works fine.
