How can I prove that my pictures (developped in LR and PS) are not generated by an AI ?

You have the history panel in LrC to show that a human user performed the edits.

Content Authenticity is available currently as a Technology Preview in Lightroom Desktop. It is likely to show up on other Adobe products soon.

Shoot in raw. An AI generated image will never be a raw format image, so if you have a raw image you can prove it was made with a camera.
