Apologies if you have just seen this before - new to the community posting process. The albums in LR Mobile do not match the collections in LR Classic. I can see most but not all Collections as Albums, and their content is correct. If I create a new synced collection in Classic, I don't see it in Mobile. I have cleared the cache in Classic and resynced all images. That has made no difference.

If you view your same account at https://lightroom.adobe.com, do the albums there match Classic? If not, and it's the same as Mobile, then it does sound like a Classic sync issue. I could help move this thread over to the correct forum for LR Classic

Charile - I appreciate your interest. Sorry for the delay in replying. The sync problem appears to have resolved - Classic is now in line with web and in line with iPad - although I have changed nothing other than increase my iCloud storage. The only problem I have now is that my Mac doesn't seems able to see my current iCloud drive, only an archive - image attached. I realise that this is unrelated to my original question, but any thoughts appreciated. Thanks again for your help. Gow kiarail - take care, in Manx.

Charlie - I spoke too soon. I added 6 images to LR from Photos on my iPad. It shows them there as being in Imports on 9May (first image). On the web they appear in "Added in last 30 days' - second image . They don't appear anywhere in LR Classic. On the web I then added those 6 images to a pre-existing album Test sync07 - they show up in the album on the iPad, but not in LR Classic - 4th image. Finally there seem to be some very strange things going on in the syncing in LR Classic - the 5th image is the panel when I click on the syncing icon. The files there have mostly been in Classic for a long time. Any suggestions?
