An unknown error occoured. This photo was not renderd. Since LRc V 11.5 (WIN)

Since LRc 11.5 (WIN) i got "An unknown error occoured. This photo was not renderd" when publish service files in LRc (newest build) Version 11.5. in combination with Plugin JPEGmini 1.0.4.3. 

Before LRc 11.5 (WIN) it is working well with the same plugin version.

Maybe the problem is also present in MAC-Version.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
