I'm editing a night (astro) lapse and need to mask bright highlights in the foreground but the sequence was shot on a programmed head so there's movement in each frame (pan & tilt).

Is there a way to keyframe a mask so it's animated and moves with the area that needs masking?

Is this possible in LR or is AE my only option? Will I still have the RAW data to play with in AE?

I'm currently doing frame by frame and it's painfully slow! Please help!
