I run macOS Big Sur, I have an older mac and I can't go past Big Sur, and I need to use Lightroom Classic for some important editing work. On the Adobe CC, I can find older versions of normal Lightroom to install, but none for Lightroom Classic. Who do I contact so I can get an older version that is compatible with my device

LR Classic 12 is the latest version that will run on Mac OS 11 (Big Sur).  The Creative Cloud desktop app only lets you install the last two major versions of LR (13 and 14). However, many have reported here that if you have a Creative Cloud subscription, you can contact Adobe support and they will send you a link to download an earlier version.  The training of individual support agents is pretty ragged, so if one won't or can't send you the link, simply disconnect and try again a few minutes later (you may have to try several times).

To chat with support, go here:

Click on the chat bubble in the lower-right corner and type "agent" to break past the artificially dumb gatekeeper.
