App keeps signing me into wrong email

For some reason, LRC and PS logged me out, and when I go to open the app it asks me to start a free trial. I have a paid photography account. I signed into the wrong email, how can I switch it? It keeps closing out my application!

  1. Bring up your copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  2. Sign out.
  3. Sign in, pay attention to any messages that might occur. It is important to use the correct e-mail account, the one you used when subscribing to your plan.
  4. Try LrC.

 

Note, the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App is used for several purposes, it is critical, some (not all) of those purposes are:

 

  • Download and install the various programs such as PS, Lr, LrC, Bridge, ACR, etc in your plan.
  • Updating/Upgrading those programs
  • Add Fonts
  • Organize and Sync
  • Authenticating your subscription with the Adobe Servers
  • Activating those programs, this should occur if you sign in (and your subscription is authenticated)
  • Deactivating those programs, this will occur if you sign out
  • Installing add-ins
