Hi there, I would like to apply a mask to several dozen photos. Specifically, I would like to:
> Create New Mask
> Select People
> Select facial skin & Body Skin
> Set clarity/highlights
> Automatically apply / synch the facial and body skin mask to people in selected photos (in Develop mode, I would think).
Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance!

You should Import and Select Photos then Go to the Develop module In the Develop module, you can create a new adjustment brush by clicking the "Brush" tool in the top right or pressing the 'K' In the Adjustment Brush panel, you can set various settings like Clarity, Highlights, Shadows, etc. Adjust these settings to achieve the desired effect for facial skin. Carefully paint over the facial skin in the photo. Use the brush tool to apply your adjustments selectively. After adjusting the facial skin, you can either duplicate the adjustment brush with the same settings or create a new one. Adjust the brush settings to apply the desired effect for body skin. Paint over the body skin using the brush tool You can fine-tune the adjustments by adjusting the brush size, feather, and flow to ensure a smooth and natural look. If you're applying the same skin adjustments to multiple photos, you can sync these adjustments. Select all the photos you want to apply the adjustments to, go to the "Sync" button in the Develop module, and choose the settings you want to synchronize (Clarity, Highlights, etc.). After synchronizing, review each photo and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the edits look natural and consistent.

The reply from Laura33040932q1bd would have been OK a few versions ago, but today, you will get it done faster by creating your own Adaptive Presets. If you create one for the kinds of portrait retouching you do, including applying a People mask, you could simply select any number of photos and apply your preset. Any AI masks, including People masks involving specific body parts, will be recalculated to adapt to the individual images.
Adobe includes some Adaptive Presets with Lightroom Classic. This is a good article about how to use them, but it doesn’t mention that you can make your own, by including AI masks in a new preset you create.

Thank you both for your responses! Apologies for getting back to you so late. I went with the preset skin adjustment and it's coming out great. Thanks again.
