I have some ARW files on my A7Siii that I'm trying to import into LRC and when I go to import them each image says "Preview unavailable for this file" and it won't let me do anything. I'm on the latest 10.2 update already. Anyone have info on how I can import them into LRC? I've seen some videos where you have to convert them to a different file but I also have friends that just import them right into LRC no problem so I don't know what else to do. I'm using a Mac as well.
