Hi I just want to know how to backup my photos from lightroom? I uploaded the photos of last 2 years, but when i open it up again it's all gone

Are you talking about Lightroom or Lightroom Classic?
Backups of your photos must be done outside of Lightroom Classic. You can find many third party programs that make regular and automated backups of your photos.
