Vincent.

From the translation to English:

... when the application is open and I work on photos ...

What steps in Lightroom Classic do you mean by "work on photos"???

I don't think it is the internet bandwidth. It's your network that may be the cause. Are the images on an external USB disk or on an external server (i.e. a synology)? How are all your devices connected to the net?

Perhaps you could use the actual Lightroom Classic name of the function you mean by "processing", and by "retouching" and by "classifying"

Ok,

I mean using library or develop tools with files that are on an external HD
directly switched on my computer.

Thanks.

So all Library and all Develop module actions are slow? Or just specific action, in which case I need you to be specific?

Is the internet bandwith only affected during Lightroom in running?

Have you checked if there's a download of patches, updates and so on in the background?

Ia your CPU so busy that the whole PC is affected?

Please check the utilization of the computer and the appropriate components with the buildin Resource Monitor.

How to Open Resource Monitor using Task Manager on Windows 11 - Microsoft Community Hub

Please provide also a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item.

Also, open the Windows Task-Manager and check the graph for network on the Performance tab.

If it's high, switch back to the Process tab sort by network and see which process  is generating the traffic.
