BASIC tools unavailable using masks.

 BASIC tools are not available when I use masks V12.4

 

I have access to all other tool groups: Tone Color Curve Effects...
I don't have the same small toggle to turn on and off the BASIC panel. 

 

I have attached a screenshot, please help.

The local adjustment sliders corresponding to the global Basic sliders (Temp, Ting, Exposure, Contrast, etc.) are now subdivided into the sections Tone, Color, Curve, etc.  Click the triangles to expand each section:
