I work in a very visual industry and was wondering what application is better to touch up images. Lightroom or Photoshop. We take a lot of landscape photos (synthetic grass) and occassionally need to adjust for light and things like that.

My choice would be Lightroom Classic for most adjustments. Photoshop can do a better job if you are working with removing objects or blemishes.

Lightroom Classic and/or Photoshop is an expensive and complicated tool for simple operations. You are paying for a huge number of features that you will never use.
The free Lightroom app on a mobile device will do this. Freeware software such Gimp and IrfanView (and probably a dozen others) will do this.

Depend what you mean by "touch up", but Lightroom Classic is for most typical corrections like brightness, colour, cropping, but just as importantly it manages the photographs and outputs them. Photoshop only edits a single image at a time, but it can change any aspect of a single photo, if you've got the skill.
