If you converted your raws into DNG, they are usually smaller than the original raws. BUT if you convert to DNG and embed the original raws (which is an option), then they are much larger than the original raw.

The sizes you report where did you get them? From the Mac Finder or elsewhere? They are raws, JPEGs, TIFFs (all?).

Het zijn RAW bestanden die ik oplaad naar DNG en dan krijgen ze dubbel zoveel MB.

Nu kopieer ik de beelden en blijven ze hetzelfde MB, maar voordien haalde ik die op in DNG en bleven deze beelden even veel MB hebben als de originele...

Ik zie dit bij de bestandsgrootte in LR.

Het heeft iets te maken met Canon CR3 zo werden de RAW bestanden vroeger omgezet, nu worden de Canon RAW bestanden plots omgezet naar CR2 en worden het zulke zware bestanden.

Lightroom zet geen raw bestanden om naar CR2 of CR3. CR2 en CR3 zijn de raw formaten van Canon, dus je camera bewaart het bestand in CR2-formaat of CR3-formaat en Lightroom verandert daar niets aan. Ik weet niet of er Canon camera's zijn waarbij je kunt kiezen tussen het oudere CR2 of het nieuwere CR3, maar als die bestaan heb je zelf mogelijk (per ongeluk) het oudere formaat gekozen, en misschien is dat formaat groter dan het nieuwe formaat.

What actions did you do in Lightroom Classic on these photos? Please tell us in detail. Depending on what you did (perhaps Export?), there's no reason to think the number of megabytes will stay the same.

 

The number of megapixels should stay the same, unless of course you cropped the image, in which case the number of megapixels should change in the exported photo.

 

So, please, provide a lot more information, be generous with information, do not be stingy with information.
