Big Sur/Lightroom classic CC Issue

When I upgraded to Bur Sur, Lightfoom no longer displays a Preview of the images when I insert a flash drive to import my nikon camera files. Here is a screen shot. The message in each file says "Preview unavailable for this file." My computer is a MacBook Pro. Big Sur version is 11.3.1. Lightroom classic release is 10.2, camera raw is 13.2.

Has anyone else experienced this issue. Is their a fix?
