Guten Tag!
Scrolling with the scroll wheel works in my LR 11.2 on Mac OS 11.6.2, but not on my Windows 10 machine. You could submit a bug report here:

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html
Backup your preferences prior to resetting the preferences:

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.
Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

Thanks, Axel, for the quick response!
- I did the reset of preferences, it did not change the symptoms.
- I am using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic Vesion 11.2 with Camera Raw 14.2
- My PC operating system is Windows 11 Pro, Version 21H2, Build 22000.556
Kind regards, Andreas
