Blank Frames in Exported Video

I have 240 photos that were created by Starstax.

I imported them into Lightroom Classic 10.1.

I went to Slideshow, chose user template LR5 Timelapse and Export Video.

When I open the video, the video flickers a lot in the first 2-3 seconds.

None of the Photos are blank, but when I watched the video frame by frame some of the frames are black, why?
