Broken Catalog.

Hi, I'm stuck. 

I have tried several solutions posted in this community but none of them works. 

Is there any tool that can help with this issue? I have over 30,000 photos in this catalog.

As you are using a version of Lightroom that is no longer supported, you won't get help from Adobe.

As the warning statement suggests your only option is to Restore a Catalog from recent backups.

RESTORE A CATALOG FROM BACKUP

Can the OP create  a new catalog, and then (while crossing fingers) import the old catalog into the new one?
