Brush tool not working properly with Wacom Intuos Pro tablet (LrC v13)

(Lightroom Classic v13.0.1 on Windows 11)

I have recently started using a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet, which works correctly everywhere except Lightroom : 

- Creating a brush stroke is difficult and frustrating, my gestures (especially small, localized ones) are ignored part of the time. Sometimes changing the angle of the pen helps. Applying more pressure doesn't improve the probability that the brush stroke will be applied. Wider gestures work better.

- Lag : there is about 1s delay between my gesture and the effect, for any brush action

- Pressure : changing the pen pressure seems to affect very little in the result. Applying A LOT of pressure does create a brush stroke where the effect is more visble. Changing the pressure mid-stroke does nothing (this might be normal?)

Switching off the GPU does nothing, neither does switching off Windows Ink.
