Bug LRC freeze

Hello,

 

Since yesterday my LRC freeze, i cannot sync or do anything with it.

I tried to unistall and install angain and the problem is still there.

There was a maj or something?

I'm on MSI Core i7 8 gen windows

Ps run perfectly

Hello,

Please tell us which version of LRC you are using?

Also if this just started yesterday, were there any updates to your system - maybe automatic updates - the day before?

Just trying to figure out what happened between the day before and yesterday.

If, you can open LrC and it behaves just long enough to bring up Help, then System Info:

 

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

 

Looking for:

  • Adobe program name and version
  • Adobe License status
  • Windows OS name and version/build
  • OS 32 or 64 bit
  • CPU clock speed
  • RAM
  • Display resolution
  • GPU make/model
  • GPU driver vetsion
  • What Plugins are used.

What actions in LrC cause this freeze? Please be specific.

 

Also, please try resetting your preference file.
