Hoi. Ik heb een canon 5d mark IV en wil in Lightroom cc via een tethering kabel foto's maken.
Nu slaat mijn camera de foto's niet op en blijft doorgeven "is bezig" rode lichtje rechts onder blijft maar branden. Na 15 min maar uit gezet. Snoer is speciaal voor 5d en nieuw (C aansluiting), batterijen vol,kaartje goed, Windows 11 en voldoende capaciteit op window laptop, voor de zekerheid ook geprobeerd op een mac. Ik dacht dat er iets verkeerds ingesteld kon staan in mijn camera, maar Canon zegt dat ligt aan Lightroom. Heeft iemand een idee?

Which type of Lightroom do you work with? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC?
Lightroom CC doesn't support Tethering.
Which exact verion number of Lightroom do you have installed?

and the last version, that's 20 key board functions. The latest version is 11.2, which only takes 4 key board functions. It's important that there's no miss understanding.
LrC 11.2 would have sufficed.

Make sure that Canon's software isn't running. That is known to interfere with tethering by Lightroom.

I stopped the canon utility and unfortunately after 3 pictures ( is more than before) my camera stops again with uploading pictures. ",Please wait busy" and that didn't stop until stop the camera

EOS Utility in Lightroom? I assume you mean the Lightroom tethering interface.

Nee wanneer ik Lightroom open dan springt ook Canon utility op en ik begreep dat ik die moet sluiten omdat Lightroom en de Canon utility niet samen gaan, maar dan nog geen ik problemen. Ligt echt aan de camera instelling, dier krijgt de foto's niet weggeschreven
