The Lightroom Plan does not include Lightroom Classic. You need to have the Photography Plan to get Lightroom Classic. So you need to switch plans. Go to account.adobe.com (log in if necessary), click on Manage Plan and then click on Change Plan. https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html
