hi all,

i need some help ive updated lightroom to v 13 the new tools are there ive clicked on lens blur then apply

and analize starts then after about 30 seconds a box pops up saying "there was an unforseen problem and your request was unable to be made",

Or something very close to that there is no explanation of what has happened or how i can put it right could there be an update anytime soon.

to be honest I'm not very tech savvy this talk of updating drivers and dabbling with graphics memory is right over my head can anyone help with explanations what won't make my head explode.

all the best everyone cheers Mike.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

I suspect the following example info may be of importance:

Dedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 53.2MB / 8032.0MB (0%)

and

Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (31.0.15.3667)
Init State: GPU for Export supported by default
User Preference: GPU for Image Processing Enabled
