Can I filter to view ONLY color-edited images?

This is such an elementary question but....

 

Can I filter ONLY color images? And/or filter ONLY black-and-white images that I've edited?

 

Tp be clear, not talking about color "labels" like applying the red filter etc. My own images that I've left color, versus images that I've added a black and white edit to.

I have a client looking to order a round up of ONLY the color images I provided them, but there are thousands of images - so I'm hoping there's a way to filter OUT any black and white treated images that I've edited from my catalogue, to view only my color images.

Alternatively, setup a filter Metadata > Develop > Treatement. Then click on 'Color' if you want only color images to show.
