Can I sync Spot-Heal Area in Lightroom from "Capture Frame" back to Video?

I am using Lightroom LRC 11.3.1 with my MacBook Pro Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1

I am improving a video shot in Lightroom. The video shows no movement (that's the way I filmed it). Just a house corner. I wanted to edit out just a detail (a window, also not moving). I went into Lightroom with the video. Captured a still shot. Edited the still shot in the develop space (patch heal ... window gone). Then tried to sync (like with color grading). But the sync menue, where it said mask is grayed out. I could not check all boxes. A lot of them stayed grayed out, even when I clicked "check all" Question: Can masks and patch heal not be synched back from edited captured frame to video?
