Can I use super resolution in Lightroom Classic?

Following online instructions, I right click on a photo in my library; then click Enhance in the resulting context menu but clicking super resolution does nothing.

You do get the initial Enhance dialog? Please show a screenshot of it.

What kind of file and where does it come from? Details matter.

The file in CR3 from Canon R% imported into Lightroom Classic 13.2, already
imported and stored on an external drive. Within Develop module,
Right-click, Enhance brings up a menu with Super Resolution grayed out.[image:
