Hello,
I've updated my win10 to the latest 20H2 version.
After the system booted up I've trying to enter LRC and got a message that it cannot access the catalog.
I've tried to update LRC, and it failed, so I've uninstalled it, and now whem I'm trying to install it again the installation is failing after about 4%.
The error code it 113: Unabale to reach Adobe servers.
I've successfuly downloaded and updated NVIDIA drivers and the didn't have any issues with my internet connection. The only thing that fails to connect are the Adobe servers.
Would appreciate your help on that matter.

Tried it... didn't help much. Download crushed at 9%...
Also tried logging in and out of CC Desktop, didn't help 😞

One thing to try, perhaps before my previous reply, bring up your copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (ACCDA), sign out , the sign in.
Signing out via ACCDA deactivates the programs, signing in will attempt to contact the Adobe servers as to attempt to authenticate the license, then would activate the programs.
This is a common test/fix. watch for error messages.
