4.4 is Lightroom 'Mobile' for PC and Mac systems (sometimes called Lightroom-Desktop).

It is NOT Lightroom-Classic.

So we are still confused until you screen-clip your report from the MENU: Help > System Info...

Lightroom v4.4 does not have an email function.

If your images are on an external hard drive and the drive is not connected and you are not using Smart Previews you will see a message something like this.
