Hello,
The Lightroom Classic app has a greyed-out traffic sign in the logo. Whenever I try to open it, the same message is displayed" The app Adobe Lightroom Classic can not be opened, because it is possibly damaged or incomplete."
I've started my Mac twice in safe mode. The logo is displayed the same. But I can't click the app.
I'm using a Macbook on OSX 14.0 and I've tried to install (and uninstall afterwards) multiple Lightroom Classic versions up to 13.0.1.
I'm hoping someone is able to help!
Sounds like you need to accomplish a complete uninstall, then a new fresh install. Not a simple uninstall via the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, But a removal via the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.
Use Google or another search engine, and using your language, search on the words:
"Adobe creative cloud cleaner tool"
or:
"How and when to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool"
(but in your desired language). A link to a language correct verson of the following should appear:
