Hi i'm on a PC and never had any problem with LrC.
Today I download the update and I don't know why I can't open it anymore. I click on the desktop icon, nothing happen. Try to open it with the creative cloud desktop, nothing happen. Please help me, thanks.
Downloaded the update how? Provide details.
Downloaded which update? (be specific, give the program name and version NUMBER)
Did you install the update? What doesn't open, the update, or Lightroom Classic?
Hi thanks for your fast answer. The version 10.2 , the update was on the Creative Cloud Desktop. My version was not up to date. Now the program itself (LrC) don't open. Nothing happen at all!
1. I did restart my PC several time, nothing work
2. From what I see in the link you sent, I need to open and enter LrC to reset it. (I can't open LrC)
3. When I try to install an older version, it say that I first need to open LrC to save my work. (I can't open it)
This problem is really bumming me out, I'm paying for a service that doesn't work and Adobe seems to offer no way to contact help other then that forum...

May I ask you if you can open the Creative Cloud App?
Yes I can open but nothing works when I click on LrC. Strangely Lr works.
Some reboots, some reinstalls and finally now it seems working again. I needed to reinstall creative cloud three times
