Can't transfer the catalog from Ligtroom 6.13 to Lightroom Classic. Message: Problem with Import, catalog has to be repaird. Second message: unexpected failure. The catalog functions in Lightroom 6.13 perfecty. What can I do? Many thank's
It appears that Lightroom Classic 14 has problems updating Lightroom 6 catalogs. Lightroom Classic 13 can still do it (and obviously Lightroom Classic 14 can upgrade a Lightroom Classic 13 catalog), so what you can do is first downgrade to Lightroom Classic 13 (click the three dots on the left of the Open button in the Creative Cloud app), upgrade the Lightroom 6 catalog and then upgrade Lightroom Classic 13 to 14 again and upgrade the 13 catalog to 14.
Thank you so much. The downgrade to Lightroom 13.0 didn't help. An upgade up to 6.13 seems not possible. I'm completely loosed without my catalog, I have more than 200'000 Pictures related to it. Could it be too large (actually 3.5 GB). Can a specialist from Adobe/Lightroom help. How can they be reached? Many thank's.
