Can't upgrade LR Catalog from 12.5 to 13

Installed LRC 12 and upgrading the catlog fails. I made sure the locked file was deleted

Windows 11. I install 13 and when it starts it asks to upgrade the catalog. The upgrade to the new catalog format fails to complete

I refer to the technote and make sure the lock file is deleted. I have made sure windows is fully updated. MUltiple attempts give me the same error. I have had to revert to LRC 12.5 for now

I have the same issue it fails on windows, apple silicon mac and Intel mac. I have around 450k images in my catalog. Same error as above

You may have a catalog problem.

Will any of your Backup Catalogs update? 

If not, I would recommend contacting Support as they have the ability to repair your live catalog and return it to you, and then you can reattempt the upgrade.

I tried using a backuo. That wokred but now LRC crashes and says there are catlog problems that it will attempt to fix next time I start LRC. This happens each time. Going  to contact support.
