Can't upgrade to newest Lightroom

I am using my laptop and have been unable to upgrade to Lightroom 10.2. I am including two screen shots of my Preferences, showing what graphics card I have and what my laptop's system is. Any suggestions on what I can do to install the upgrade? Thanks. Susan

What is your operating system version NUMBER?

What is your current Lightroom Classic version NUMBER?

We need the version NUMBERs and not words like "up-to-date" or "latest".

What happesn when you try to update? Please describe in detail.
