Cannot launch adobe classic ver. 12.2.1

I upgraded the app 2 days ago, at first it worked normally, after few hours, it started to give me some blinking black or white screens, and to think longer on each request i had.

Once i got out from the app and later tried to get in again, it does nothing and the app is not responding.

I am on Win 10. The app worked perfectly until now. I have an important project in front of me and I do not know what to do.

I need your help!!!!

P.S it is nice that we all move this kind of communication, but it would be nicer if we had also a real person to talk to via the phone...

Do you mean that that Lightroom opens and is unresponsive, or that nothing happens when you try to launch it, or something else? Any error messages? Please provide details.

Also please post your system info.

If you can't open Lightroom, open Photoshop, go to Help > System info, click the Copy button, and paste it here.
