So I had purchased the Lightroom premium from the adobe app on my phone. It continues to say that my purchase cannot be restored even though I see it as active in my subscriptions. I chatted for help, and the chat agent, Raj, was incredibly rude with explaining what was going on and to just contact apple. I'm not understanding why I purchased the $4.99 a month plan but he was telling me that I couldn't use it and just kept trying to get me to purchase another plan from him before he closed out the convo and didn't explain.
Has anyone had this issue? Why can't I use the premium if I paid for it?
