cannot sync spot removal in LR classic 13.3

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Lightroom Classic 13.3

On prior versions, healing done to remove spots could be synced to other images. Since the update and heal now in the remove panel, the ability to sync spot removal has disappeared, or, I don't know how to find it. If anybody knows how to do this, please let me know. If it's a bug, hopefully someone from Adobe will see this.

In Old v13.2: (Develop Module /Settings/Copy Settings) as shown on my not yet upgraded laptop:

In new v13.3 as shown in my upgraded Workstation:

Adobe renamed Heal as Remove.
