Hey, just wondering if anyone can help with this issue.

The photos I take with my canon R6 mk2 seem to dissapear from lightroom after Ive exported them and close the softwre and Im using a 15" 2017 Mac book pro with Ventura. Photos from my drone and other camreas seem to still be in the catalogue but im unale to locate the images taken with my canon R6 mk2. There isnt even a thumnail or anything, the images are completely gone.

Its weird cause im able to edit them like normal but once I close the app down and re open it theyre gone but the other images taken with my drone from the same shoot are there.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers,

Oli

My lightroom classic is up to date.

How did you try to find the photos? In LrC, did you click on All Photographs, then turn off filters, then search for one of these photos by File Name using the LrC Filter Bar?

OMG im so sorry, this is embarresing. My camera date and time was set to 2023(correct day and month but not year), so the images were uploading and being filed in a 2023 folder not 2024. This did cross my mind but i thought my camera was set up correctly. I had issues with my mac reading my cr3 files previously so i thought lightroom might be wigging. My bad.
