Canon tethering problema di connessione

Buongiorno, ho un problema con il collegamento tethering: uso windows 11 su portatile, cavo tethering professionale e Canon 5D mark IV. 

Dopo aver iniziato l'acquisizione diretta questa si interrompe dopo 7/8 scatti, Devo spegnere tutto e riavviare lightroom
