I've reverted back a couple of versions to see if this helps, but I keep getting the same message, can't open 'unexpected error'. I can't do any of my work... This is a nightmare!
Can anyone help? Is there a fix?
I haven't 'backed up' in forever, so suggestions relating to this will not be of any use.
I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.
Please follow the steps below:
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
