chromatic aberration eyedropper tool malfunction?

The chromatic aberration eyedropper tool appears to have stopped working today. (PC running win 10). Chromatic aberration  corrections show no fringe color changes when moving sliders or when using eyedropper, while working within LR.

If I just use eyedropper and then export the image, chromatic aberration are gone in the export... BUT I can not see those changes while working in LR. Working blind!

Any thoughts?

Additional info:

Chromatic aberration adjustment changes are not visible while working in the Develop Module.

The chromatic aberration adustments are visible, only after I click back into the Library Module.
