Hi everyone, i wonder if someone can help me, i have a desktop computer and a laptop both running lightroom classic and both logged into the same account with regards to adobe cloud.

However the desktop is showing 9,560 files in the cloud which is correct, but the laptop is only showing 4, 380 files, and both are saying fully synced

if anyone has any suggestions on how to get these to match, basically i wont both machines cloud data to be the same if possible

Thanks

Stephen

Hey, @Stephen32083927yrmw. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'll clarify this for you.

Having Lightroom Classics on different computers is not recommended to sync with the Lightroom cloud. One or both of the Lightroom catalogs could be stuck at syncing. What you see is not unexpected. It is one of the ways sync could fail.

When you did attempt to sync two Lightroom Classic catalogs, it must've prompted you with this message:

You can use Lightroom Desktop on multiple machines for a stable sync connection. Please check here to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/sync-different-lightroom-desktop-catalog-with-mobile.ht...
