Why this difference?

How can I make RAW and JPEG files the same?
Incorrect profile or any settings?

I want to note that this problem did not exist until yesterday evening.

The JPEG image seems to be affected by the camera settings. The raw image will not be affected by those settings unless you take the time to set Lightroom so that it will read those camera settings. Lightroom does not read those settings by default.
