Colored stripes during import

Hello everyone, I'm new to the community so I hope I'm doing things right. I am presenting this issue that I can't solve. I purchased the photography plan, and during the first import of a RAW file into Lightroom, while in the development phase, colored lines like the ones you see in the photo appear, and then the program crashes. This happens with all RAW files.

Below are the tests I have conducted with the same error:

-Different SD cards

-clean installation of GPU drivers

-different SD card reader

-changed HDMI cables

-tried different GPU ports

-tried HDMI output from the motherboard

-clean installation of Windows

-tests on other PCs with the same file and no issues found.

Do you have any advice, or should I just throw the PC in the trash?

Thank you so much

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This could be a defective GPU or defective GPU driver (yes i see you re-installed the drivers). Try disabling the GPU in the LrC Preferences dialog box.

This could be a corrupted image file. Try reading the file on another computer, if possible, or upload the file to a sharing service like DropBox or similar, and then give us the link so we can try it on our computer.
