Configuração do Notebook - Lightroom travando

Olá pessoal,

Meu Lightroom trava todas as vezes que peço para importar arquivos.

Já criei uma nova biblioteca e depois de adicionar algumas fotos ele trava.

Essa é a configuraçao do meu Notebook. 

Tá OK pra editar fotos e videos no LR e no PR?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

I do not suspect that your GPU driver is the issue, but their may be a newer one , 27.20.20912.1002, so check that.

That GPU is very old, release date in 2016, it might not be capable of accelerated graphics support. If you have the LrC option to use graphics processor on, turn it off ans see if that helps.

As not 4K, the option to use graphics processor might not help much.

Very low specs on the CPU, actually does not appear to meet Adobe listed system requirements (minimum) for LrC v11. Appears to be less than 2GHz, see:

What was the previous LrC version? You might need to roll back.
