I need to actually speak with someone.  It is hard for me to explain in writing what my issue is.

How can I contact customer service and reach a real person?

No there is not a live chat link in the lower righjt of this page. I have tried anf ailed to find any way to contact a human being at Adobe. I have an issue that is not covered by the plethora of non-human advice pages.

In addition to what @Theresa J wrote: Typing "Agent" into the chat window to get a human and not the chat bot.
