Copy Develop Settings "relatively"!

Hey!

Since I often have to process and develop lots of photos I was looking for a way to solve my problem:

For example: I adjust the blacks and whites to the point where both are about to break apart (e.g. +18 whites and -16 whites). 

Now I want to copy these settings to all the other seetings. BUT, I do not want the whites and blacks all to be set to +18 and -16 but all individually and relatively to the points where blacks and whites in each picture is about to break apart. This can be very different from the +18 and -16 in the first photo!

Is this possible in Lightroom?
