Copy Lightroom files and catalog from one hard drive to a new larger one

hello i recently ran out of memory on my 1tb drive and wanted to copy all My photos and catalog into a new 4tb drive to be able to view all the edits I have done on the old drive onto the new one? I tried searching for this but couldn’t find an answer. thanks!

First of all: you don't have to move the catalog as well, because Lightroom will work fine if the catalog is on one drive and the images are on another. In that case you can use the link given above.
