Corrupt Develop menu (LrC 10.3)

Hi,

For unknown reasons, I have ended up with a corrupt Develop menu (ses image) where trying to open the Presets results in just a copy of the other tabs occuring below. Hence, some kind of things have gone wrong with the interface (including not showing existing presets), but what is the easiest way of resolving it without losing the complete LrC configuration?

I think you should try to reset the Lightroom preferences to the default settings.
