Corrupt files after updating to latest LRC and having crash while downloading new photos

After updating to LR Classic 14.4 on Windows 11 computer, I downloaded some photos but it crashed before finishing. Now I have 3 files (the last 3 days of photos that didn't get downloaded before crashing) that I can't remove or delete and it keeps crashing in both LRc and Windows Explorer when trying to do anything with them. How do I fix this?

Hi @ianc90559999, Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing.

 

Please share your system information so that we can get a clearer idea of the situation (from Help> System Info> Copy, paste it into a text file, and attach it to your response). Also, please chronologically explain your workflow, from uploading to the cloud to downloading the images to LrC crashing while downloading. Do you get any error codes or messages when the crash occurs?
