CR files showing adjustments

LrC version 12.3

Camera Raw 15.3

Windows 11

When I click on a CR files it shows the photo with all the adjustments I made. The problem is that I can't get back to the unedited  CR file. I have attached two screenshots. One, is the CR file displaying all the adjustments. There is no history in the Develop module so I am not able to get an unedited CR file. Two, is a Virtual Copy of the CR file - without the adjustments. It seems the unedited CR file is somewhere but do not know how to access it.

I appreciate any help that may be offered!

You are probably applying preset on import.  It would have helped if would have opened the History and the Edit panels before doing the screen clip.  As it is everything is a mystery

In addition to Bob's comments re your screenshots, pressing the 'Reset' button at the bottom right corner of Develop module should remove all of the dits you've applied to the selected photo.

It would be helpful to others if you shared how you resolved the issue.
